A list of orchids found in Romania (after Delforge, 2006) is given. In time the list will have for sure some modification.
Clicking on a name will take you on the species page (a link will be added when photos of that species will be available). The photos are not made necessarily in Romania but in the photos are only wild orchids in nature. All photos are made by romanian photographers (hope to have some contributors for this… see name in contributors page… when will be the case). Photos made by myself are without photographers name there. Each page of the species will have: the name in romanian (when available), german and english; a short description; photos and possibly an embedded map. So if you want to see a certain species search for that on this page or in the main page using the SEARCH form…
Hope you will find useful this website… for any impression just leave you comment (every page have this possibility).
